Dino (Kale) Chips

Ingredients:

2 bunches of Lachinato or Dinosaur Kale (approx. 24 leaves)
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Salt, nutritional yeast, chili powder or paprika to sprinkle for flavor



Directions:

Preheat Oven to 250 degrees
Rinse and dry Kale, cut lengthwise in half, center ribs and stems removed
Toss Kale in large bowl with oil
Sprinkle with salt or other flavoring
Arrange leaves in single layer on 3-4 baking sheets
Bake until crispy about 20-30 minutes
Transfer leaves to wire rack to cool
Store in an airtight container
